Just like our products, we strive to be completely transparent in our process. That’s why we’ve taken the liberty of including some of the questions that our customers tend to ask us. Take a look below, and please reach out to us if anything is left unclear.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this time. We are looking into this option. 

What are your payment options?

Currently you can use your debit or credit card. And you also have the option to pay over time with Karma and affirm 

What is your return policy?

Our current return policy varies based upon the product. The infoceuticals are refundable through Nes Health, which we help you process. The Elixirs and Tinctures are not refundable. However, we emphasize that we are extremely aware of your protection and ensure our quality of our products. What that means to you is, we would not expect anything for our customers and clients that we would not expect for ourselves. In General Customer service and quality of our products is our main goal. If our services are not in line with quality we would not have you! So we prioritize this. 

As you may know, we are a local business and hand make all of our Tinctures and Elixirs. The benefit of this translates to maintaining a higher concentration of the medicinal properties.
